Refund and Returns Policy

We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our refund and returns policy for a clear understanding of the process:

Duration of Eligibility: Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receiving your product. Unfortunately, beyond this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Defects and Errors: We stand behind the quality of our products. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge.

Made-to-Order Products: As our products are made-to-order, returns or exchanges due to user error (e.g., incorrect sizes, designs, colors) are generally not accepted.

Customization and Variation: Products are customized and manufactured based on market demand, leading to unique items. Advertised images may slightly differ due to lighting or monitor displays. Allow for a 20% difference between the advertised images and the received item.

Refunds (if applicable): No refunds will be issued beyond our control, such as delivery delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

We replace orders for the following reasons:

  1. The product is flawed.
  2. Poor print quality.
  3. The received product differs from the one represented on our site.

Please email us with photos of the received product, including detailed shots, for review. If approved, we will provide a replacement free of charge.

For all other requests, please email us. If approved, we will provide a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates.

Allow 3-5 business days after receiving your return for a refund to appear.

Unauthorized Returns and Damaged Items: Unauthorized returns or those of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): Check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If needed, contact your bank. If you still haven’t received a refund, contact us.

Sale Items: Regular priced items are refundable, but sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges: We only replace defective or damaged items. Email us, and if approved, we will provide a return address.

Evidence Required for Replacement: Clear evidence is crucial. Submit required pictures for shipping/product errors.

  • Wrong Product Shipped:

    • Picture of the wrong items received.
    • Picture of the shipping label.
  • Size Issue:

    • Picture of the shipping label.
    • Photo measuring the product size with a ruler.
    • Picture of the received product.
  • Broken/Damaged Items:

    • Picture of the broken item.
    • Picture of the shipping label.

Cancellations: Email us with your order number and requested modifications within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is processed and cannot be canceled. A 20% management and transaction fee applies to cancellations.

Note: Purchasing implies acceptance of the mentioned terms. During Christmas and New Year season, choose the right shipping option carefully.
