1. How much is shipping?

  • US Shipping: $5.99
  • International Shipping: $10.99

2. How long will it take to get my order?

  • Standard Shipping: Merchandise is typically produced and shipped within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping/transit times apply (1-7 days for domestic, 4-15 days for international).

    For Quilts in regular seasons:

    • Production and shipping take 8-12 days.
    • Shipping Time: 10 – 15 days in regular seasons.
  • Fast Shipping: On average, orders can be received in 2-3 business days (excluding handling time of 1-2 business days). Delivery times may vary based on location and the quantity of shirts ordered.

3. Can I expedite my order?

  • Yes, we offer expedited shipping. You can select the shipping method during checkout.

4. Can I deliver to multiple addresses?

  • We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. Please place separate orders for items to be delivered to different addresses.

5. Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

  • Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. APO shipments are initially sent via DHL or UPS and then transferred to USPS for final delivery through the military mail system. Please note that once the package enters the military mail system, tracking may cease for security reasons.

6. Will I be charged VAT taxes?

  • Items shipped internationally from the US are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), and we do not collect VAT. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the recipient’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office for information on customs policies. Items fulfilled from the UK and EU are subject to a 20% VAT rate.

7. Do you send an alert when the order ships?

  • Yes, an email will be sent to you when the order ships.

8. Where do I get tracking info?

  • You will receive an email with a tracking order page. Fill in the order details to track your shipment.

9. Haven’t received my order yet, what should I do?

  • Check the tracking info first. If it shows delivered but not received, wait a few more days. If issues persist, email us with the details, and we’ll assist in locating your order.
